While there are many commonalities to grief, each of us
handles the experience at our own speed and in our own
unique way.   Loss, Grief, and/or trauma often generate
troublesome, unwanted problems such as depression,
anxiety, helplessness, hopelessness, fear, loneliness, guilt
and anger. Additionally, one may experience frequent crying,
changes in appetite or eating habits, or sleep disturbances.

If you are experiencing difficulties with loss/grief or other life
transitions, I look forward to the opportunity for discovering
what your life will look like when you are no longer bothered
with the effects of the negative feelings.  What will you be
doing differently?  How will others be able to tell you are no
longer burdened with these feelings?  Set an appointment
today to begin this new journey together.
All I know from my own experience is that the more loss
we feel the more grateful we should be for whatever it
was we had to lose. It means that we had something
worth grieving for. The ones I'm sorry for are the ones
that go through life not knowing what grief is.
