Many people find themselves stuck doing the same things over and over trying to solve the same
problem over and over. Supposed you were to try something different? How about setting some time
aside today and envision a future outside the grasp of the problem that brings you here. What would
be different? Who would notice this different future? What difference would it make for you and your
family to live in this new future of hope? Please take some time to give these questions some of
your attention while browsing our website.

What is "brief" therapy?
Traditional forms of therapy tend to focus and delve into the past
before ever focusing on the present and future. As a result of
working this way, traditional approaches to therapy are long in
duration and thus can become very costly. Here at the Fort Worth
Brief Therapy Center, we use family systems approaches when
working with our clients.
Therapeutic approaches that are based in family systems focus on
pinpointing problems and/or preferred futures so that treatment can
conclude as soon as specific attainable therapeutic goals are met.
Many studies have found that treatment based in family systems
have a shortened treatment process and are more effective in
reducing the need for future treatment. By using these approaches
we can provide quality care while reducing the overall cost and
duration of therapy.

anything is possible
